- Negotiate fees and identify additional opportunities to support client needs.
- Deliver high-quality client interactions both face-to-face and remotely.
- Ensure compliance, billing targets, and engagement letters are up to date.
Staff Leadership:
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they meet performance and training goals.
- Monitor and ensure work quality aligns with technical standards and time requirements.
- Support trainees in achieving apprenticeship milestones and exam success.
Operational Oversight:
- Schedule and oversee client work to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Monitor job time costs, addressing any significant variances.
