Overview
My client, a rapidly expanding group is keen to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant to join its growing team.
The Role:
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Company Credit Card control – dealing with all receipts and queries
- Stock control – ordering stock for customers, dealing with warranty issues, etc.
- Weekly payment run preparation
- Manual bank payments – weekly
- General office administration – post, answering phone, ordering stationery/supplies etc.
- Assisting the Financial Controller with other ad hoc accounting projects
The position would suit an experienced accounts assistant/accounts manager, who is keen to develop within a fast moving, dynamic fun environment.
You will have excellent attention to detail, great communication skills and good IT including strong Excel.
